Valentine's Dine at Home

The team have been working on a very special #valentines box that will include a stunning dine-at-home pre-prepared restaurant quality meal for 2. There are options on number of courses, plus cocktail making , wine pairings and chocolate tasting experience (see the menu options below). We have used the finest local produce and suppliers alongside and the box will include video instructional guides & producer stories/info so you can make it a really fun night together!  Make staying in this Valentines better than going out!

MENU ONE – 3 COURSE OPTION, £35pp

STARTER
Beetroot Agnolotti pasta with goats cheese mousse, roasted and pickled beetroot, black olive crumb & mustard seed

MAIN COURSE
Beef Wellington, beef fat potato terrine, winter veg, onion and foraged wild garlic purée, truffle and Madeira jus

DESSERT
Chocolate and hazelnut marquise, hazelnut praline mousse and Dulce de Leche

Chambord, Hibiscus Royal Cocktail
+ a Bottle of Flint Vineyard Sparkling Rose (750ml bottle)

Gin cured salmon with creme fresh, caviar and bilini
Dingley Dell ham hock and piccalilli terrine, smoked apple purée and marigold
Smoked parmesan & cauliflower cheese choux

Artisan Bread, Fen Farm Dairy Raw Butter / Mugwort & Onion Butter / Marmite Butter

Handmade & Forage Inspired Chocolates
+ Espresso Martini Cocktails (made with coco nip infused vodka & Butterworths’ cold-press coffee)

EXTRA WINE
Plus – Food matched red wine (750ml bottle) to accompany the beef & cheese courses.

Delivery  – £7.95 extra & boxes will be delivered by courier on Friday 12th February
Click & Collect Date
– boxes can be collected on Friday 12th or Saturday 13th February from our restaurant by appointment (we will contact you nearer the time to confirm delivery time/date)
